“ I seldom eat Chick-fil-A. The queue is long. The problem is that (on the day I visited at least) there is separated waiting and order queues. Kitchen is not fast, so after the customer ordered the food, the cashier person is stalled while waiting for the food to be ready. The burger itself, I picked the spicy chicken. The chicken tastes good but the bun is a bit cold. Waffle fries tastes great too. I ordered the sweetened tea and it is way too sweet to my taste (feel like drink triple portion of sugar). Atmosphere is great as part of the big Yorkdale food court. ”

“ The food court was packed but the line moved fast. Overall Great service, super quick and the food was hot and tasty. One of our top favourite places in this food court. ”

“ Way too salty! Compared to the American locations, the food here is way too salty! The chicken was overcooked and almost burned and the fries are just pure sodium. Please add less salt to your batter. The chicken pieces are much smaller than the US counterpart as well. Prices are similar. The service is excellent as always. Everyone is very nice and patient. ”

“ I think the name of the cashier was Lucas, he is a very sweet person, his conversation and serve is very sincere. Other than that, chicken taste is absolutely AMAZING. I bought the spicy deluxe burger combo and the price is affordable. The drinks are large, the fries are enough and it comes with two sauces, which increases the price performance a lot. They take the order while you are in line, which saves us time, which is very good. ”

“ I am happy to say that even after 4 years, the food is still amazing and the efficiency of the service even improved. We used to have to wait much longer in line but with their new implementations, there are now employees taking the orders while you wait in line and the line moves forward so quickly. The service is still the same, pretty decent but not amazing. They are all polite but no one is really welcoming or really friendly. Even though the food still tasted amazing, I did notice that the bun was just cold this time and the size of the fried chicken was quite smaller than last time. First time trying this chain. Was surprised that there was a line for burgers even though it was a Monday, but the line moved quickly and after trying the burger, I can see why. The chicken is surprisingly juicy and tender, along with their Chick-fil-A sauce, it tastes amazing. It is especially true for the spicy chicken burger. The service on the other hand, they are very respectful but very gloomy. Overall a very nice place. (4 years ago) ”

“ I stopped in for a chocolate chip cookie and was thrilled to see the peach milkshake back on the menu! I also want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible leadership of Manager Zack. While I was in line, I noticed a fellow guest who needed additional accessibility support. Zack, who was working behind the counter, immediately stepped out to personally assist them—ensuring their order was taken promptly and they didn’t have to wait in line. It was a small gesture, but a powerful example of humility and empathy—something this world could always use more of. Hands down, the best location for customer service! :) ”

“ It was a wonderful day to get some legendary chick-fil-a. The line is always there for this place but it was moving quickly and they were taking orders mid way through line, by time you got to cashier your order was basically ready. The staff was friendly and ample. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe combo and it was great. Very juicy, crunchy, and fresh. I advice to ask for a sauce so you can put it as a topping on your burger, they got a list of sauces on their counter, i chose ranch. Overall i would definetly come here again! ”

“ This was our first time trying their Spicy chicken burger. We always see long queues at different mall locations, so we finally decided to give it a try. This time, we just ordered a single spicy chicken burger with Chick-Fil-A sauce! Compared to other places, the chicken in this burger did feel a bit healthier, which we appreciated. However, it lacked juiciness, which made it a bit dry. Also, the burger size was really small—we didn’t feel full at all after eating just one. ”
